Tuesday the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital(LCMH) hosted the Lawrence County CEO class for a visit. Amy Hurley, CEO and her management team shared their employment journeys and stressed the importance of first doing something you love to do and always do your best each and every day. Find a job you love and you won’t feel you have worked a day in your life. Jill, CIO talked a bit about keeping records safe and secure. She deals with many regulations that keep your health and personal information safe. Her department is so important at LCMH. Vicki, CNO talked about being active in your community. She and her family have had ties to the community for many years. She stressed finding a place to work where you feel you are a part of a family. Shana, CFO is very active in our program. She serves as a mentor and is a resource as we talk about the financial side of their businesses. Shana shared her journey and related the importance of finding a work/life balance. LCMH values family and provides opportunities for employees to take time for family. We missed Heather, Business Development but thank her for setting up our visit and the yummy breakfast from the Good Day Cafe. Thank you LCMH for being one our Investors and supporter of the Lawrence County CEO Program.
