Zack, Icon Auto Works, hosted the team this morning. He described what it was like to get into business by purchasing the assets rather than than the entire business itself. We really liked his discussion on the strategy behind making a healthy profit while treating the customer with the upmost respect and providing a valuable service. It was interesting to learn how the competition is not always the in competition with you. Sometimes they are an asset to your business as well as you are to them.
