“In manufacturing, you can invest money to make money or you can invest money for culture.”

Mark Rauschert welcomed us to Plant 2 at Midwest Control Products, where we walked the facility and learned even more about the business. Mark covered everything from improving culture and workplace productivity, to process innovation, to cost analysis.

Then Mark took some time to discuss each business venture our entrepreneurs are launching, talking through basics and extra ideas. He always leaves us with more to think about - a great session and tour. Thanks to Midwest Control Products for supporting our young entrepreneurs!
