Our CEO team took a business tour of Ronk Electrical, where we were guided by Scott Sanders, Director of Sales and Marketing.

Scott shared Ronk’s deep history, starting with the factory that’s been operating since 1963. He emphasized how understanding a company’s story can strengthen sales—and his knowledge of Ronk’s legacy proved the point.

We learned how Ronk maintains strict national standards, manages high demand, and partners with a large number of distributors. From hiring practices to sales agency strategies, this visit gave us valuable insight into what it takes to grow and operate a long-standing business.
