Matt Feldmann & Kristin Cowart, Co-Owners of Goshen Consulting, joined class this morning to speak on the topics of 𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐄 & 𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐀.

No matter the industry, Matt and Kristin stressed the importance of connecting with other people. You have to be willing to put yourself out there, ask questions and show genuine interest to those that surround you.

Students alsos pent time reflecting on their NICHE – where do they hope to steer their future endeavors? When pursuing a career, it is important to reflect on what you LOVE, but also to consider what you are GOOD at and what you can get PAID for.

As an added bonus, their daughter and class of 23 CEO alumna, Ella Feldmann, also joined the discussion! Ella is currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering at University of Kansas and was able to give her unique student perspective on her own experiences with networking, community involvement and building connections!

We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Matt, Kristin and Ella for joining class this morning!
