When Co-Owners Patrick and Brandon launched their first location of Peel Wood Fired Pizza in Edwardsville in 2009, they were fueled by a mutual love for creating good food. Fueled by this passion, they have grown from one location with a team of 15 to 3 locations and over 200 employees!
