Lilly started doing lash extensions and brow tattoos as a side hustle while working at an apartment complex. Fast forward — she turned those skills into a full-time career and became the first in Indiana to offer permanent jewelry! She reminded us that customer service matters, being honest builds trust, and when things go wrong (like her first event flop)… you push through. “I’m so glad I didn’t give up.”

Madilynn started MJR Skincare at 21 years old as a solo operation and now leads a growing team — with Kokomo’s first head spa service! She reminded us that in today’s world, it’s all about consistency, staying on top of trends, and being your authentic self on social media: “Show your personality — and still be professional.”
