It was a great visit to McClure Plumbing & Heating. In past years Troy would have to come to us as there wasn't a good meeting space at the business. This year we were able to meet in the new conference room. An additional bonus was that the visit was led by Quinn Buss, a SWMN CEO alumni. There was a great conversation about family business, Northern Leak Detection (Quinn's CEO business), problem solving, collecting payments, inventory, customer relations, creating connections, establishing respect at a young age, education for the business, and communication.
