Last Friday, March 28th, Wayne County CEO Students visited Fairfield's CDC New U Store at the corner of 7th Street and Delaware. Store Manager Beth Ann Colclasure took time to give students a tour of their facility and store as well as explain how their program provides employment for individuals will developmental delays and disorders as well as provide their consumers will social services. She also explained how their resale shop also increases income by recycling clothing and shoes to a center named Remains in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Students were able to meet and interact with staff and consumers as well. We thank Beth Ann for her time to explain the services provided by their retail facility.
