Collinsville Triad Maryville CEO's Facilitator

Lisa Colon is a 14 year resident of the Metro East and resides in Collinsville, IL with her husband Rolando and her two sons, Little Ro and Yadier. Lisa is a graduate of Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Missouri. She spent her early career serving in the restaurant and hospitality industry working with franchise owners before landing in Sales and Marketing with YP (previously AT&T Yellow Pages). Her career progressed form Inside Sales to Marketing, working in corporate communications and product management for 13 years.

When life needs shifted, Lisa made a mid-life career change and chose to pursue building her own business as a Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance. This also provided an opportunity to obtain her Substitute's License in the state of Illinois and spend time with students as she started her new career. 

Lisa is also a very involved community member, a military wife and a sports mother with both sons playing several sports competitively in the area and across the country. Over the years, she has built relationships within our local community and school district, always promoting the positive experience her family has had while living in Collinsville and doing life in the Metro East. Lisa truly believes that a positive mindset, polished skills and the endurance to reach your goals can provide success no matter which direction life's journey takes an individual. Lisa is passionate about her role as Facilitator as she helps young entrepreneurs from Collinsville High School, Father McGivney and Triad High School as they connect with the business community around them.
