Organization: Founded in 2010, the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship partners with communities throughout the United States to establish and maintain quality CEO programs. Our vision is to be the standard for entrepreneurship education in the United States. We do that by providing world class customer service, guidance and content to our CEO communities.
Job Title: Program Cultivator
Job Title Summary:
The Program Cultivator is responsible for assisting developers with scheduling, training and onboarding programs (training year). As well as, follow up with first and second year programs to ensure the 5 markers of stability start and remain balanced and engaged in the 12 Program Essentials.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review training schedules with Engagement and Developer team to fulfill training needs
- Ensure in person training, tech training, zoom training, etc are clearly communicated
- Assist programs ongoing - attend monthly board zoom meetings, follow up with boards, etc.
- Collaborate with Developer team on new program results and opportunities
- Weekly meetings with the internal team along with new program boards
- Monthly meetings with first and second year programs
- Assist Engagement and Developer team with general program facing needs
- Other program facing projects as they arise

- Past facilitating experience desired
